At a time of increasing globalized economic activity and information flows, poverty and global environmental problems still effect seriously many parts of the world. These serious social issues cannot be solved solely by those directly involved and require initiatives by the whole of society but its expectations towards institutions are also rising in this context.
In this environment, I believe that it is more important than ever to listen carefully to the voices of society so that e properly understand what society expects from us and what changes we need to make in order to fulfill those expectations. I also believe that this is the only way in which Suryadatta can achieve sustainable growth as a responsible member of society.
I felt a profound sense of responsibility. We are planning to create a structure that will allow the continuous development and assessment of the unique CSR activities that the Suryadatta Group has undertaken in various regions. This structure will be the basis for CSR management under a more uniform group strategy.
The foundation for these initiatives is based on our Social Management philosophy. This philosophy represents our commitment to help all people achieve health and happiness by working as an integral member of the society, by sharing our values and by offering new values to society through our activities. I believe that the goal of the Social Philosophy is to maximize the value of Suryadatta by ensuring that everyone who is associated with Suryadatta can feel pride in that relationship, and by working through frank and open dialog. This will build a strong and trusting in-win relationship based on trust with all people, including people and their failies, students, NGO’s communities and society throughout the world,.
